At the session held on 20 November 2015, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission discussed and adopted the Republic Electoral Commission 2016 Financial Plan.

66th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 14 October 2015, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

From the BORIS TADIC – New Democratic Party – Greens, LSV – Nenad Canak, Together for Serbia, VMDK, Together for Vojvodina, Democratic Left of Roma Electoral List a term of office was allocated to Miroslav Marinkovic.

The session was chaired by Prof. Dr Dejan Djurdjevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.

65th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 2 October 2015, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the relocation of electoral material and the Decision on the establishment of the Working Group for the development of the Republic Electoral Commission Internet presentation.

64th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 25 September 2015, the Republic Electoral Commission noted the termination of the term of office of Nikola Medjes, member of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority.The REC members adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority. The term of office of member of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority was allocated to Boris Feidi from the Electoral List “Youth for the Future” „Млади за будучносц“.

63rd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 30 July 2015, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority. The term of office was allocated to Selma Hadzic from the Electoral List “FOR BOSNIAK UNITY – Dr Sulejman Ugljanin”.

62nd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 17 July 2015, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Montenegrin National Minority. The term of office was allocated to Radojica Dzaric from the candidate list headed by Ratko Soc.

61st Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 61st session, held on 14 May 2015, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Slovenian National Minority. The term of office was allocated to Vladimir Kravcuk, candidate from the Electoral List ALL TOGETHER - ZORAN JOVICIC.

The REC also adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Hungarian National Minority and allocated a term of office to Eszter Mihok Kucora, candidate from the Electoral List “Magyar Összefogás – Hungarian Union”.

60th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 27 February 2015, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Roma National Minority. The term of office of member of the National Council of the Roma National Minority was allocated to Sanela Diljaj from the Electoral List Roma for Serbia – Serbia for the Roma.

59th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 30 January, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Albanian National Minority. The term of office of member of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority was allocated to Edmond Isuifi from the Electoral List DEMOCRATIC PARTY – Dr sc NAGIP ARIFI PARTIA DEMOKRATIKE – Dr sc NAGIP ARIFI.

The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Czech National Minority. The term of office of member of the National Council of the Czech National Minority was allocated to Jozef Irovic from the Electoral List CZECH TOGETHER, Stefan Klepacek.

Deputy Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission Ivan Sebek then proceeded to inform the Commission that he had written to the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Novi Pazar on 8 January 2015 and requested information on the proceedings concerning the charges filed against three individuals for the disturbance of voting in the direct elections for members of the national councils of the national minority on 26 October 2014 at polling stations 7, 30 and 36 in the municipality of Tutin, which led to repeat elections at said polling stations on 2 November 2014. He said that the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Novi Pazar had sent information on 22 January that the trial for two of the individuals is still in progress, while the third criminal charge was dismissed as the suspect and the public prosecutor’s office had reached an agreement. The Deputy Chairperson said that the Commission should insist that the two remaining trials be continued, adding that he would brief the Commission on the information he had received in more detail at the coming session.

58th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 58th session, held on 27 January 2015, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

From the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FUTURE WE BELIEVE IN (Serbian Progressive Party, Social Democratic Party of Serbia, New Serbia, Serbian Renewal Movement, Socialist Movement) Electoral List an MP’s term of office was allocated to Branimir Rancic.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Vlach National Minority. The term of office of member of the National Council of the Vlach National Minority was allocated to Dejan Ilic from the Electoral List VLACH UNIFICATION MOVEMENT – SLOBODAN PERIC.
