At the fifth session, held on 28 December 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission reviewed the National Assembly Speaker’s notification of 23 December 2016, stating that the term of office of MP Ivica Toncev had been terminated by resignation.
In line with said notification, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling the vacated seat at the National Assembly. Term of office was allocated to Ivana Dinic, from the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), United Serbia (JS) – Dragan Markovic Palma”.
The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a seat at the National Council of the Macedonian National Minority vacated by the resignation of Vence Jovanovski. The term of office was allocated to Jasmina Velickovski.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decision on the establishment of four working groups: Working Group for Normative Affairs, Working Group for Financial Affairs, Working Group for the improvement of the electoral process for persons with disabilities and Working Group for Information.
Under item any other business, the Republic Electoral Commission noted the Constitutional Court Decision according to which some of the provisions of the Instructions for the conduct of the voting in the elections for National Assembly MPs in 2014, on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija, when they were in force, did not comply with the law.

9 December 2016
At the fourth session, held on 9 December 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission reviewed the National Assembly Speaker’s notification of 9 December 2016, stating that the term of office of MP Velimir Stanojevic had been terminated by resignation.
In line with said notification, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling the vacated seat at the National Assembly. Term of office was allocated to Goran Pekarski, from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING.

10 November 2016
At the third session, held on 10 November 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission ascertained the Republic Electoral Commission 2017 Financial Plan and adopted the Report on the use and disposal of National Assembly funds in the part relating to expenditure planned and executed for the financing of the regular operation and electoral activities of the Republic Electoral Commission in the period January-September 2016.

At the second session, held on 5 October 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission reviewed the National Assembly Speaker’s notifications of 10 August and 4 October 2016 stating that the terms of office of MPs Srdjan Kruzevic, Ivica Dacic, Aleksandar Antic, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, Milan Krkobabic, Goran Knezevic, Zivko Vrcelj, Gordana Predic and Andreja Mladenovic have been terminated by resignation.
In line with said notifications the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling the vacated seats at the National Assembly.

At the first session, held on 30 September, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Macedonian National Minority. The term of office was allocated to Hristo Dimitrovski, candidate from the Electoral List headed by SLAVE GRUEVSKI.
The REC also adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Bulgarian National Minority and allocated a term of office to Dragoljub Notev, candidate from the Electoral List “Future We Believe In” – Dr Vladica Dimitrov „Бъдеще в което вярваме“ – д-р Владица Димитров.

At the 130th session, held on 10 August 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission reviewed the National Assembly Speaker’s Notification of 10 August 2016 stating that the terms of office of MPs Aleksandar Vucic, Rasim Ljajic, Ljiljana Djurovic, Svetlana Kozic, Biljana Rubakovic and Dr Sulejman Ugljanin have been terminated by resignation.
In line with said notification the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling the vacated seats at the National Assembly.
Terms of office have been allocated to the following MP:
- from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING to Stanislava Janosevic, Nenad Mitrovic and Dr Ivan Bauer;
- from the Electoral List ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – SASA RADULOVIC to Jovan Jovanovic;
- from the Electoral List DVERI – DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SERBIA – SANDA RASKOVIC IVIC - BOSKO OBRADOVIC to Dragan Vesovic, and
- from the Electoral List SDA Sandzak - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin to Bajro Gegic.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission went on to review the Notification of the President of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority of the termination of the term of office of National Council member Lulzim Sahiti. In line with said notification the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Albanian National Minority, allocating the term of office to Emina Sinani of from the Electoral List “KOALICIONI PËR TË DREJTAT E SHQIPTARËVE – COALITION FOR ALBANIAN RIGHTS”.

At its 129th session, held on 24 June 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission unanimously adopted the Decision on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Ukrainian National Minority. The term of office of Ukrainian National Minority Council member was allocated to Filip Pronek from the Electoral List SENJUK – Mihajlo Letvencuk.
The REC also adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Slovenian National Minority. The term of office of Slovenian National Minority Council member was allocated to Zoran Mandelc from the Electoral List ALL TOGETHER - ZORAN JOVICIC.
The REC went on to adopt the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Croatian National Minority. The term of office of Croatian National Minority Council member was allocated to Mirko Paulic, from the candidate list headed by TOMISLAV STANTIC.
The REC also adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Bunjevac National Minority. The term of office of Bunjevac National Minority Council member was allocated to Miroslav Vojnic Hajduk from the Electoral List BUNJEVAC CULTURAL CENTRE - BUNJEVAC VOTE FOR ALL OF US PROF. DR ETELA JERINKIC.

At the 128th session, held on 19 May, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Report on the conducted elections for National Assembly members.
The Republic Electoral Commission then went on to adopt an annex to the Contract for the printing of election material for the conduct of the 2016 parliamentary elections.

12 May 2016
At the session held on 12 May 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission unanimously adopted the Decision on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office in line with the Report on the sum results of the elections for National Assembly members.
The REC members then proceeded to adopt the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Roma National Minority. The term of office of Roma National Minority Council member was allocated to Milos Paunkovic from the Electoral List Roma for Serbia – Serbia for the Roma.
The REC also adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Slovak National Minority. The term of office of Slovak National Minority Council member was allocated to Valentin Mihajlo Grnja from the Electoral List “Slovak Identity” – Ana Tomanová Makanová, Slovenská identita – Ana Tomanová Makanová.

8 May 2016
At the 126th session, held on 8 May 2016, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on received complaints. Since the complaints lodged by civic group “Serbian Left – Borko Stefanovic” and Sava Pilipovic from Zemun against the Report on the sum results of the elections for National Assembly members were completely identical, the REC members adopted a Conclusion to merge them into one procedure and then proceeded to adopt a Decree to reject said complaints as unfounded.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also ruled on the complaint lodged by the Republican Party against the Report on the sum results of the elections for National Assembly members and adopted a Decree to reject said complaint as unfounded.
The REC went on to rule on the complaint lodged by civic group GENERAL MOMIR STOJANOVIC – LAWYER SRDJAN ALEKSIC TRUTHFULLY FOR NIS relating to irregularities in the course of the voting at polling station 18 in the city municipality of Crveni krst (Red Cross) in the city of Nis and adopted a Decree to reject said complaint as untimely.

5 May 2016
At the 125th session, held on 5 May 2016, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by voter Dragan Obradovic from New Belgrade relating to irregularities in the course of the repeat vote at polling station 22 in the city municipality of New Belgrade in the city of Belgrade and adopted a Decree to reject said complaint as unfounded.
By a majority vote, the Commission proceeded to adopt the Report on the sum results of the elections for National Assembly members. The sum results of the elections for National Assembly members held on 24 April 2016 and the repeat vote held at 15 polling stations on 4 May 2016 read as follows:

The session was chaired by Prof. Dr Dejan Djurdjevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission, who congratulated everybody on the results they had achieved and thanked the REC members, the members of the REC expanded composition in particular, for their cooperation and engagement in the election process.
2 May 2016
At the 124th session, held on 2 May 2016, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission unanimously adopted the Decree on the establishment of polling boards and appointment of chairpersons and members and their substitutes of the polling board standing composition for the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections on 4 May 2016.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree on the appointment of members and substitute members of the polling board expanded composition for the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections on 4 May 2016.
The REC then proceeded to adopt the Decision amending the Decision on the appointment of Republic Electoral Commission coordinator.
The Commission Chairperson informed the REC members that the Working Group for observers had reviewed and accepted the application of Association CRTA and Association Citizens on Watch, to monitor the work of the bodies in charge of conducting the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections on 4 May 2016.

At the 123rd session, held on 30 April 2016, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on complaints of irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling stations and violations of voting rights.
The complaint of Novica Djokic from Sikola, lodged against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.60 in Negotin, the REC rejected as unfounded.
The complaint of Coalition “United Serbian List – Serbia is Winning” from Presevo lodged against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.11 in Presevo, the REC rejected as unfounded.
The REC rejected as untimely the complaint of Vladimir Kostadinov from Nis lodged against a violation of voting rights, while the complaint of Predrag Jankovic from Smederevo lodged against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.68 in Smederevo was rejected as unfounded.
The REC also rejected as untimely the complaint of the submitter of Electoral List Dveri for Sremska Mitrovica Dr Milan Maslac lodged against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling stations no.45 and no.52 in Sremska Mitrovica, while the complaint of Dejan Arsic from Donja Trnava lodged against irregularities in the conduct of voting at six polling station in the city municipality of Crveni krst (Red Cross) in Nis was rejected as unfounded.
The REC also rejected as unfounded the two complaints of Vukomir Mitrovic from Kraljevo lodged against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling stations no.67 and no.83 in Kraljevo.

At the 122nd session, held on 29 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission decreed to repeat the vote at the polling stations where the parliamentary elections were annulled.
The repeat vote will take place on Wednesday, 4 May 2016, at 15 polling stations: polling station no.22 on the territory of city municipality New Belgrade in the city of Belgrade; polling station no.48 on the territory of city municipality Palilula in the city of Belgrade; polling station no.9 on the territory of the municipality of Backa Topola; polling station no.5 on the territory of the municipality of Sremski Karlovci; polling station no.29 on the territory of the city of Jagodina polling station no.57 on the territory of the city of Jagodina; polling station no.24 on the territory of the municipality of Kladovo; polling station no.86 on the territory of the city of Uzice; polling station no.4 on the territory of city municipality Medijana in the city of Nis; polling station no.28 on the territory of city municipality Palilula in the city of Nis; polling station no.13 on the territory of city municipality Pantelej in the city of Nis; polling station no.16 on the territory of city municipality Pantelej in the city of Nis; polling station no.23 on the territory of city municipality Pantelej in the city of Nis; polling station no.24 on the territory of the city of Vranje and at polling station no.65 on the territory of the city of Vranje.
The REC adopted the Decision on the shape, appearance, colour and content of the ballot and control card for the repeat vote. The ballots will be printed in two language variants and in two formats: Serbian (Cyrillic script), on A-4 format paper, and in Serbian (Cyrillic and Latin script), Hungarian, Ruthenian and Slovak languages, on A-2 format paper. The ballots will be printed on white paper and the control card to test the integrity of the ballot box will be light purple.
The REC also adopted the Decree establishing the number of ballots for the repeat vote. The number of ballots to be printed is 19,729 which covers the total number of voters at the polling stations where the vote is to be repeated plus spare ballots which amount to 0.5% of the total number of voters at these polling stations.
The REC also passed a Decision on compensations for the conduct of the repeat vote according to which the members and coordinators of the Republic Electoral Commission working bodies in the cities and municipalities where the voting is to be repeated are to receive a one-time payment of 2,500.00 RSD.
The Republic Electoral Commission then announced the provisional results of the parliamentary elections having processed 99.82% of the polling stations i.e. 99.45% of the electoral body.

The REC members went on to rule on the grave logistic and computing errors in the polling boards’ minutes on the work done to conduct the vote and ascertain the voting results of the parliamentary elections.
The REC ruled on each polling station individually, 99 in all, and decided to verify the data from the minutes of 88 polling stations and annul the data from the minutes of 11 polling stations.

27 and 28 April 2016
At the 120th session, held on 27 and 28 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the logistic and computing errors in the polling boards’ minutes on the work done to conduct the vote and ascertain the voting results of the parliamentary elections.
The Director of the Republic Statistical Office Prof. Dr Miladin Kovacevic said that this concerns 148 polling stations which had not entered verification and where grave errors were noted. The data from the minutes from these polling stations should be returned to the base in two ways – annulment or correction, added Kovacevic.
The REC then proceeded to rule on each polling station individually, and decided to verify the data in the minutes from 46 polling stations, for those polling stations which did not enter verification, to annul the data from the minutes of one polling station, and to inspect the bags containing the ballots from 12 polling stations and come to a decision subsequently.
The REC members agreed to inspect the bags containing the ballots from all the polling stations where grave errors have been noted and to establish commissions to do so, after which it would come to a decision in the continuation of the session.

At the 119th session, held on 27 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on a number of complaints of irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling stations in the parliamentary elections held on 24 April 2016.
The REC adopted decrees to accept the complaints and annul the parliamentary elections held on 24 April 2016 for the following polling stations: polling station no.65 in Vranje; polling station no.23 in the city municipality of Pantelej in the city of Nis; polling station no.48 in the city municipality of Palilula in Belgrade; polling station no.29 in Jagodina; polling station no.24 in Kladovo; polling station no.5 in Sremski Karlovci; polling station no.9 in Backa Topola and polling station no.86 in Uzice.
The REC rejected the rest of the complaints as unfounded.

At the 118th session, held on 27 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint of Milica Stankovic from Belgrade against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.59, city municipality of Cukarica, Belgrade, and decided to reject it.
The REC also ruled on the complaint of Milica Stankovic from Belgrade against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.22, city municipality of New Belgrade, Belgrade, and decreed to accept the complaint and annul the elections for National Assembly members held on 24 April 2016 at this polling station.
The REC proceeded to rule on two complaints lodged by Slobodan Ignjatovic from Nis against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.4, municipality of Medijana, Nis, and at polling station no.28, municipality of Palilula, city of Nis, and decreed to accept the complaints and annul the elections for National Assembly members held on 24 April 2016 at these polling stations.
The REC members also ruled on two complaints lodged by Svetozar Vzenkovic from Nis against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.13, city municipality of Pantelej, city of Nis, and at polling station no.16, municipality of Pantelej, city of Nis, and decreed to accept the complaints and annul the elections for National Assembly members held on 24 April 2016 at these polling stations.

At the 117th session, held on 27 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission allowed the submitters of the electoral lists insight into the electoral material.
In addition, the REC ruled on two complaints lodged by Milos Novcic from Blace against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.23 in the municipality of Blace and decreed to reject the complaints as unfounded.
The REC proceeded to rule on the complaint by Mile Petkovic from Bor lodged against violation of voting rights and decreed to reject the complaint as unfounded.
The REC members also ruled on the complaint lodged by Bojan Ilic from Vranje against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.24 in the city of Vranje and decreed to accept the complaint and annul the elections for National Assembly members held on 24 April 2016 at this polling station.
The REC members ruled on the complaint lodged by Snezana Milic from Belgrade against irregularities in the conduct of voting at polling station no.57 in the city of Jagodina and decreed to accept the complaint and annul the elections for National Assembly members held on 24 April 2016 at this polling station.

At the 116th session, held on 26 April, the Republic Electoral Commission presented the preliminary results of the elections for National Assembly members. The bulk of the discussion concerned the time the first preliminary results were announced on the night of the elections. The Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission Prof. Dr Dejan Djurdjevic said that the REC decided not to announce the first estimates until a minimum of 30% of polling stations had been processed and that he was surprised by the pressure exerted on the Republic Electoral Commission on the night of the elections:
“These have been the most hellish elections in my career, full of disinformation about irregularities and accusations aimed at the REC”, said Djurdjevic. He stressed that the REC is working under pressure unnecessarily generated by the participants of the electoral race and announced that everyone will be allowed insight into the electoral material.
In the continuation of the session the REC members were informed about the logistic and computing errors in the polling boards’ minutes on the work done to conduct the vote and ascertain the voting results of the parliamentary elections.
They also ruled on the complaints lodged by MP candidates Vladimir Pavicevic and Aleksandar Stankovic against irregularities in the conduct of voting in the municipality of Pecinci, city of Novi Sad. The REC members rejected the complaints as unfounded.
The complaint of voter Milan Subotic from Belgrade lodged against violation of voting rights was also rejected as unfounded.
The REC unanimously decided to allow insight into the electoral material to electoral list Aleksandar Vucic – Serbia is Winning, coalition Serbian Movement Dveri – DSS, coalition For A Just Serbia - DS (Nova, DSHV, ZZS), Civic Group Enough is Enough – Sasa Radulovic and coalition SPS-JS.
The Republic Electoral Commission also unanimously adopted the request for certified photocopies of the polling boards’ minutes submitted by coalition Serbian Movement Dveri – DSS, coalition For A Just Serbia - DS (Nova, DSHV, ZZS), Civic Group Enough is Enough – Sasa Radulovic and electoral list For Free Serbia – ZAVETNICI – Milica Djurdjevic.
The session was attended by Deputy Chairperson Ivan Sebek, Director of the Republic Statistical Office Prof. Dr Miladin Kovacevic and REC Secretary Srdjan Smiljanic, and chaired by Prof. Dr Dejan Djurdjevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.

At the 115th session, held on 22 April, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the establishment and announcement of the total number of voters in the Republic of Serbia.
The total number of voters for all the self-government units and all polling stations on 21 April 2016 amounted to 6,739,441.
The REC members also adopted an explanation for the implementation of Article 15, paragraph 4 of the Operating Rules for the polling boards for the coordinated conduct of the elections. By majority vote it was decided that voters whose last name in the electoral roll differs from the last name in their ID, most often due to marriage, be allowed to vote if based on the voter’s photo and unique personal identification number in their ID it can be ascertained that it is one and the same person.
The REC then proceeded to adopt the Decision amending the Decision on the appointment of Republic Electoral Commission coordinator.

At the 114th session, held on 20 April, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree amending and modifying the Decree designating the polling stations for the elections for National Assembly Members called for 24 April 2016.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt the complaint of voter Anica Pletikosic.

At the 113th session, held on 19 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the appointment of members and substitute members of the expanded composition of polling boards for the conduct of the elections called for 24 April 2016.
The Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to inform the REC members that the Working Group for observers had considered and adopted a number of applications for foreign and domestic observers of the bodies in charge of conducting the elections for National Assembly Members called for 24 April 2016. Authorisation was granted to the Embassy of Austria in the Republic of Serbia, Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Serbia, Embassy of Norway in the Republic of Serbia, the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE/ODIHR) which had submitted additional applications, Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, Initiative for Dialogue and Democracy – SILBA, US Embassy in the Republic of Serbia, Canadian Embassy in the Republic of Serbia, Centre for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID), Association Citizens on Watch, CRTA, Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Australian Embassy in the Republic of Serbia and the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

At the 112th session, held on 18 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree amending the Decree designating the polling stations for the elections for National Assembly Members called for 24 April 2016.
The REC members also unanimously adopted the Decree designating the polling stations where persons serving in the Serbian Army on the day of the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016, would vote.
The REC went on adopt decisions amending the decisions on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission working bodies.

At the 111th session, held on 15 April 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission unanimously adopted the Decision on the shape and appearance of the ballots. The ballots for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016 will be printed in one and two (A-4 format), then three (A-3 format), and four or five (A-2 format) language variants depending on the languages and scripts in official use in a given municipality/city in the Republic of Serbia.
The Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission Prof. Dr Dejan Djurdjevic informed the REC members that the ballots for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016 will be printed in the Official Gazette Public Enterprise printing house, 13-15 Lazarevacki drum, Belgrade, starting at 5 pm on Friday 15 April 2016.

The REC members then proceeded to ascertain the arrangement of Republic Electoral Commission coordinators per district, for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 206.

At the 109th session, held on 14 April 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled to reject the complaint lodged by the Coalition ROMA PARTY, PARTY “BUNJEVCI CITIZENS OF SERBIA” about the Decree of refusal to proclaim Electoral List “CITIZENS OF SERBIA”.
The REC members also ruled to reject as unfounded the complaint lodged by voter Marija Manojlovic about the Decree establishing the general electoral list, as well as the complaint lodged by voter Rasa Nedeljkovic about the Decree establishing the general electoral list.

At the 108th session, held on 14 April, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled, by majority vote, to reject as unfounded the complaint lodged by voters Slavica Kerecki, Slobodan Macura and Milan Tomkovic from Belgrade, demanding that Electoral List GREEN PARTY change its name.
The REC members also ruled to reject as unfounded the complaint lodged by Slavica Kerecki, Slobodan Macura and Milan Tomkovic from Belgrade demanding that the Coalition GREEN PARTY not be granted the status of Slovak national minority party or coalition.
The Republic Electoral Commission also ruled to reject the complaint of Coalition TOLERANCE to the REC Decree of refusal to proclaim the abovementioned Electoral List.

At the 107th session, held on 13 April 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the political party “This is Us” – Natural Movement – „Това сме ние“ – природно движение. The REC members rejected the complaint.
The REC also adopted the Decree establishing the general electoral list of candidates for members of the National Assembly in the elections called for 24 April 2016, and it reads as follows:
The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt the Decree establishing the number of ballots for the voting in the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016. The number of ballots to be printed is 6,771,497. The number of ballots covers the total number of voters in the Republic of Serbia as noted on 8 April 2016 – 6,737,808, plus 33,689 spare ballots which is 0.5% of the total number of voters in the Republic of Serbia.
The REC members also passed the Decree on the establishment of polling boards for the coordinated conduct of the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.

The REC also adopted a Decree on the fulfilment of requirements to appoint representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List into the expanded composition of the administration bodies for the parliamentary elections and a Decree appointing Petar Mijanovic and Vladimir Vujovic, bachelors of laws from Novi Sad, member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List IN DEFIANCE – UNITED FOR SERBIA – PEOPLE’S ALLIANCE.

The REC members then proceeded to adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List GREEN PARTY, submitted by the Coalition GREEN PARTY, for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted a Decree establishing that the Coalition GREEN PARTY, submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List of candidates for members of the National Assembly, has the status of national minority political party.
The REC members also passed a Decree on the fulfilment of requirements to appoint representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List into the expanded composition of the administration bodies for the parliamentary elections and a Decree appointing Milos Pejovic and Marina Mila, bachelors of laws from Belgrade, member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List GREEN PARTY.
The REC also ruled on the complaint lodged by the Coalition DEMOCRATIC MOVEMENT OF ROMANIANS OF SERBIA – PARTY OF RUSSIANS OF SERBIA, submitter of Electoral List 6 OCTOBER - FOR ALL OF US, rejecting it as untimely.
REC Chairperson Prof. Dr Dejan Djurdjevic informed the REC members that NONE OF THE ABOVE had withdrawn the Electoral List of candidates for the election of members of the National Assembly called for 24 April 2016.

The REC members also granted consent to the Official Gazette Public Enterprise to have the elections paper on which the ballot is to be printed cut to the adequate format outside of the enterprise’s storage.

The REC also adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List PARTY OF DEMOCRATIC ACTION – ARDITA SINANI PARTIA PËR VEPRIM DEMOKRATIK - ARDITA SINANI, submitted by the PARTY OF DEMOCRATIC ACTION PARTIA PËR VEPRIM DEMOKRATIK for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016. The REC then proceeded to adopt a Decree establishing that the PARTY OF DEMOCRATIC ACTION PARTIA PËR VEPRIM DEMOKRATIK, submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List of candidates for members of the National Assembly, has the status of national minority political party. They also passed a Decree on the fulfilment of requirements to appoint representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List into the expanded composition of the administration bodies for the parliamentary elections and a Decree appointing Enis Salihi and Kujtim Ismaili, bachelors of laws from Bujanovac, member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List PARTY OF DEMOCRATIC ACTION – ARDITA SINANI PARTIA PËR VEPRIM DEMOKRATIK - ARDITA SINANI.
By the end of the day, the REC also passed a Decision on the manner of payment of compensations for the work in the polling boards for the coordinated conduct of the elections called for 24 April 2016. The compensation for the polling board members is to be paid via checking account.

At the 101st session, held on 11 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission unanimously adopted the Decree of refusal to proclaim Electoral List 6 OCTOBER - FOR ALL OF US, submitted by the COALITION DEMOCRATIC MOVEMENT OF ROMANIANS OF SERBIA – PARTY OF RUSSIANS OF SERBIA for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016, since the submitter failed to fully eliminate the noted deficiency within the legal deadline in compliance with the Conclusion of the Republic Electoral Commission.
The REC members also considered the complaint lodged by the VLACH PARTY COALITION and unanimously adopted a Decree rejecting it as not allowed, and proceeded to adopt the Decree of refusal to proclaim Electoral List PROVEN! – PROF. DR DANICA GRUJICIC – VLACH PARTY for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016 because the VLACH PARTY COALITION failed to comply with the REC Conclusion on the elimination of deficiencies of the Electoral List.
The REC also adopted the Decree noting the termination of office of member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition of Ivan Radosevic and Slobodan Ignjatov, bachelors of laws from Belgrade, as representatives of the Republican Party, submitter of the proclaimed electoral list of candidates for members of the National Assembly in the elections called for 24 April 2016, due to resignations.

The REC adopted the Conclusion demanding that said electoral list eliminate the noted deficiencies.
The REC also adopted the Decree appointing Bojan Bajceta, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member and Goran Milic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed electoral list of candidates for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016: DIALOGUE – YOUTH WITH A STANCE – STANKO DEBELJAKOVIC.
The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to rule on the complaint lodged by the SERBO-RUSSIAN MOVEMENT. The REC members rejected the complaint.

By majority vote, the REC adopted a Conclusion demanding that the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List be eliminated. At the 95th session, held on 8 April, the Republic Electoral Commission considered the Proposal of the Conclusion on the elimination of deficiencies of Electoral List 6 OCTOBER - FOR ALL OF US and adopted a Conclusion demanding that the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List be eliminated.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ROMA LIST OF SERBIA, submitted by the Democratic Union of the Roma, United Party of Roma – Jekutni Partija Romani, Roma Union of Serbia, as well as a Decree granting the Electoral List the status of coalition of national minority political parties.
The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Borko Stefanovic – Serbia for All of Us and the Decree appointing Marko Mandic and Savo Pilipovic member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List Borko Stefanovic – Serbia for All of Us.
The REC also ruled on the complaint of the Republican Party to the Decree refusing the Electoral List’s petition to be granted the status of national minority political party. The REC members adopted a Decree rejecting the complaint as unfounded.
The work of the Republic Electoral Commission and the polling boards in Belgrade is monitored by the Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights - YUCOM.

At the session held on 8 April, the Republic Electoral Commission considered the Proposal of the Conclusion on the elimination of deficiencies of Electoral List Borko Stefanovic – Serbia for All of Us. By majority vote, the REC adopted a Conclusion demanding that the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List be eliminated.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decision establishing the time of the beginning and end of voting at the polling stations abroad, as well as a Decree amending the Decree designating the polling stations for the upcoming elections.

At the session held on 7 April, the Republic Electoral Commission considered the Proposal of the Conclusion on the elimination of deficiencies of Electoral List ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – SASA RADULOVIC, submitted by civic group “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – SASA RADULOVIC”. By majority vote, the REC adopted a Conclusion demanding that the deficiencies noted on the electoral list be eliminated.
The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List SERBO-RUSSIAN MOVEMENT – SLOBODAN DIMITRIJEVIC, as well as a Decree refusing the petition of the Electoral List to be granted the status of national minority political party.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree appointing Dragan Milovic and Smiljana Stojiljkovic member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List SERBO-RUSSIAN MOVEMENT – SLOBODAN DIMITRIJEVIC.
The Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint filed by the Russian Party on 6 April against the REC Decree to refuse its proposal to be granted the status of national minority political party, pursuant to Article 81 of the Law on the Election of MPs. Following a short debate, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted a Decree refusing the complaint as unfounded.
The REC also passed a Decree amending the Decree designating polling stations, as well as a number of decisions amending the decisions on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission working bodies.

At the 92nd session, held on 6 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Republican Party - Republicánus párt – Nikola Sandulovic for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
By majority vote, the REC members also adopted a Decree refusing the petition of the Republican Party to be granted the status of national minority political party in the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC members then proceeded to adopt the Decree appointing Ivan Radosevic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member, and Slobodan Ignjatov, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List Republican Party - Republicánus párt – Nikola Sandulovic.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree appointing Neven Brkic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member, and Branislava Lukic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List RUSSIAN PARTY – SLOBODAN NIKOLIC.
The Republic Electoral Commission went on to reject the request of Sonja Scekic to withdraw the candidacy for MP on the Electoral List DVERI – DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SERBIA – SANDA RASKOVIC-IVIC - BOSKO OBRADOVIC.
The REC also adopted the Decision on the formulation of the text of the press statement for the voters in the Republic of Serbia relating to the manner of exercising their voting rights in the elections for members of the National Assembly called for 24 April 2016, which is to be aired by TV stations.

At the 90th session, held on 5 April, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List RUSSIAN PARTY – SLOBODAN NIKOLIC, submitted by the Russian Party for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016, and endorsed by 11,839 legally valid voters’ statements.
By majority vote, the REC also adopted a decree refusing the petition of the Russian Party to be given the status of national minority party in the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC went on to adopt the Decree on the fulfilment of requirements to appoint representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List RUSSIAN PARTY – SLOBODAN NIKOLIC into the expanded composition of the administration bodies for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.

At the 88th session, held on 3 April, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Civic Group FOR THE REBIRTH OF SERBIA – PROF. DR SLOBODAN KOMAZEC for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC also adopted the Decree appointing Dragisa Okolisanov, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member, and Jelena Stakic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed electoral list for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016: Civic Group FOR THE REVIVAL OF SERBIA – PROF. DR SLOBODAN KOMAZEC.
The REC members went on to adopt the Decree designating the polling stations for the elections for National Assembly Members called for 24 April 2016, as well as the Decision establishing the numerical representation of criteria for the appointment of members of the standing composition of the polling boards.

At the 87th session, held on 29 March, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree of refusal to proclaim Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC, submitted by Civic Association PEOPLE’S ALLIANCE for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016, since the submitter failed to comply with the Conclusion on the elimination of the deficiencies in the name of the Electoral List.
The REC then proceeded to adopt the Decree appointing Dragoslav Ljubicanovic and Nikola Jovanovic, bachelors of laws from Belgrade, member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition, as representatives of the submitter of the proclaimed Electoral List For Free Serbia – ZAVETNICI – Milica Djurdjevic.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also adopted decisions to amend the decisions on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission working bodies in the Belgrade municipalities of Barajevo, Zvezdara and Vozdovac, in the city of Uzice and in the municipalities of Lucani, Cuprija and Knic.

At the 86th session, held on 28 March, the Republic Electoral Commission rejected the objection of the Civic Association PEOPLE’S ALLIANCE to the REC Conclusion adopted at the session held on 25 March 2016, demanding that the Civic Association PEOPLE’S ALLIANCE eliminate the deficiencies of the Electoral List, pursuant to the ruling of the Constitutional Court.
The REC went on to adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List FOR FREE SERBIA – ZAVETNICI – Milica Djurdjevic, for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016, and the Decree that the submitter of the Electoral list meets the requirements to appoint representatives into the expanded composition of the administration bodies for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC also issued an Explanation for the application of Article 48 paragraph 1 of the Instructions for conducting elections for members of the National Assembly called for 24 April 2016, stating that voters who use licensed guide dogs can enter the polling station accompanied by said dog and vote.

At the 85th session, held on 25 March, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission re-examined the objection of S.V. from Belgrade of 19 March 2016 in accordance with the ruling of the Constitutional Court and adopted the Decree to accept the objection and annul the REC Decree of 18 March 2016 proclaiming Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC, submitted by the Civic Association PEOPLE’S ALLIANCE for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC members also adopted the Decree to declare null and void the Decree of 18 March 2016 on the fulfilment of requirements to appoint representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC, Civic Association PEOPLE’S ALLIANCE, into the expanded composition of the REC and the polling boards, and the Decree of 21 March 2016 appointing representatives of the Civic Association PEOPLE’S ALLIANCE, submitter of the Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC, to the REC expanded composition.
The REC went on to adopt the Conclusion on the elimination of deficiencies of the Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016, submitted by the Civic Association PEOPLE’S ALLIANCE.
The REC also issued the authorisation to follow the work of the bodies tasked with conducting the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016 to foreign observers viz. to the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OEBS/ODIHR).

At the 84th session, held on 21 March, the Republic Electoral Commission rejected the objection of voter S.V. from Belgrade against the REC Decree proclaiming Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC, as unfounded.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decree appointing Petar Mijanovic and Vladimir Vujovic, bachelors of laws from Novi Sad, member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition on the behalf of the proclaimed Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC in the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC also adopted the Decision on the establishment of REC working bodies and the Decision to entrust the REC working bodies with the transferral of election material for the elections for members of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
The REC members also adopted the Decree on the manner of briefing the Republic Electoral Commission on the course of the voting in the elections for National Assembly MPs called for 24 April 2016 and issued authorisations to follow the work of the bodies conducting the elections called for 24 April 2016 to domestic observers: CRTA, Centre for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID), and Association Citizens on Watch.

At the 83rd session, held on 18 March, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List MUAMER ZUKORLIC – BOSNIAK DEMOCRATIC COMMUNITY OF SANDZAK, for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt a decree establishing that the Electoral List MUAMER ZUKORLIC – BOSNIAK DEMOCRATIC COMMUNITY OF SANDZAK has the status of national minority party in the coming elections.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree on the appointment of representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List MUAMER ZUKORLIC – BOSNIAK DEMOCRATIC COMMUNITY OF SANDZAK into the expanded composition of the REC, appointing Ferid Bulic and Kadrija Dzankovic, bachelors of laws from Novi Pazar, member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition on the behalf of the proclaimed electoral list.
Under item five on the agenda, the REC members adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC, for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016. The REC also adopted the Decree on the fulfilment of requirements to appoint representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List UNITED FOR SERBIA – People’s Alliance – GLISIC•PAROVIC into the expanded composition of the administration bodies for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.

The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted a decree establishing that the Electoral List SDA Sandzak - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin has been granted the status of national minority party in the coming elections.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission then went on to adopt the Decree appointing Enis Zekovic, Bachelor of Laws from Novi Pazar, member, and Besir Hot, Bachelor of Laws from Tutin, substitute member of the REC expanded composition on the behalf of the proclaimed Electoral List SDA Sandzak - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin.

At the 82nd session, held on 17 March, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Proposal of the Conclusion on the elimination of deficiencies noted on the Electoral List SDA Sandzak - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016, submitted by the Party of Democratic Action of Sandzak, demanding that the deficiencies noted on the electoral list be eliminated within 48 hours from the reception of the Conclusion at the latest.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission went on to accept the Proposal of the contract for the printing of election material for the conduct of the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.

At the 81st session, held on 15 March, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the explanation for the application of Article 18, paragraph 1 of the Operating Rules for the polling boards for the coordinated conduct of the parliamentary elections and elections for assembly councillors of local self-government units called for 24 April 2016.
On the occasion the Republic Electoral Commission ascertained an explanation regarding the voters’ signature upon voting at designated polling station establishing that voters with disabilities can use stamps bearing personal identification information or engraved signature instead of signing by hand, as stipulated in the recently passed Law amending the Law on Prevention of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities.
The REC then proceeded to formulate a response to the Municipal Electoral Commission in Tutin regarding the establishment of polling boards in the coming parliamentary elections and elections for assembly councillors of local self-government units called for 24 April 2016.
The REC members also adopted the Decision to award a contract for public procurement procedure RIK 2/2016.
Under any other business the REC also established that the forms for the parliamentary elections will be printed in 33 versions in 12 different languages, depending on municipality.

At the 80th session, held on 14 March, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List BORIS TADIC, CEDOMIR JOVANOVIC – ALLIANCE FOR A BETTER SERBIA – Liberal Democratic Party, League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina, Social Democratic Party for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016. At the same time, the Republic Electoral Commission noted that by the proclamation of the Electoral List BORIS TADIC, CEDOMIR JOVANOVIC – ALLIANCE FOR A BETTER SERBIA – Liberal Democratic Party, League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina, the office of Republic Electoral Commission member Nenad Konstantinovic ends by virtue of law due to his acceptance of candidacy on said Electoral List.

At the 79th session, held on 12 March, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Vajdásagi Magyar Szövetség - Pásztor István - Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians - István Pásztor, for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission were unanimous in their decision to adopt a decree establishing that the Electoral List Vajdásagi Magyar Szövetség - Pásztor István - Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians - István Pásztor is given the status of national minority party in the coming elections.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decree on the appointment of representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List Vajdásagi Magyar Szövetség - Pásztor István - Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians - István Pásztor into the expanded composition of the REC, appointing Ilija Kantar, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member, and Bela Butas, Bachelor of Laws from Subotica, substitute member of the REC expanded composition on the behalf of the proclaimed electoral list.

At the 75th session, held on 8 March, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Operating Rules for the polling boards to ensure the coordinated conduction of the parliamentary elections and elections for local self-government unit assembly councillors called for 24 April 2016.
The REC also adopted the Instructions for the conduction of the voting in the elections for National Assembly MPs called for 24 April 2016, on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija, as well as financial decisions for the conduction of the parliamentary elections.
The REC members went on to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), United Serbia (JS) – Dragan Markovic – Palma” for the parliamentary elections, endorsed by 13,821 legally valid voters’ statements.
The REC also adopted the Decree on the appointment of representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), United Serbia (JS) – Dragan Markovic – Palma” into the expanded composition of the REC, appointing Zoran Zoraja and Marina Markovic, bachelors of laws from Belgrade, member and substitute member of the REC expanded composition on the behalf of the proclaimed electoral list.
The REC member also adopted two decisions to launch public procurement procedures – Decision to launch public procurement procedure RIK JN 1/16 for the procurement of UV lamps and spray for marking voters’ fingers and the Decision to launch public procurement procedure RIK JN 2/16 for the procurement and delivery of ballot boxes for the polling stations for the elections in the Republic of Serbia.

At the 73rd session, held on 6 March, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List FOR A JUST SERBIA – DEMOCRATIC PARTY (NOVA, DSHV, ZZS) for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC went on to adopt the Decree on the fulfilment of requirements to appoint representatives of the submitter of the Electoral List FOR A JUST SERBIA – DEMOCRATIC PARTY (NOVA, DSHV, ZZS) into the expanded composition of the administration bodies for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC members went on to adopt the Decision amending the Decision on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission working groups and the Decision on appointing a coordinator of the Republic Electoral Commission.

At the 72nd session, held on 6 March, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, for the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC went on to adopt the Decree appointing Marina Djukanovic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member of the REC expanded composition, and Filip Katic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member of the REC expanded composition as representatives of the submitter of the electoral list of candidates for MPs in the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016: ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING.

At the 71st session, held on 4 March, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Instructions for the conduction of the elections for National Assembly MPs, called for 24 April 2016, and accompanying forms. The REC members also adopted the Timeline for the performance of electoral activities in the course of the conduction of the elections for National Assembly MPs, called for 24 April 2016.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission went on to establish the financial plan for the conduction of the parliamentary elections, called for 24 April 2016, and adopted the Decision establishing the 2016 annual public procurement plan. The REC then proceeded to formulate the text of the request to be sent to the Public Procurement Office for an opinion on the validity of the negotiation procedure for the procurement of ballot boxes and the request to the Public Procurement Office for an opinion on the validity of the negotiation procedure for the procurement of UV lamps and spray for marking voters’ fingers.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also adopted decisions on the designation of a printing house for the printing of ballots and other electoral material for the conduction of the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016 and on establishing the colour of the ballot and the colour of the control card to test the integrity of the ballot box, for the voting in the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016.
The REC also formulated the memo to be sent to the Office for Kosovo-Metohija of the Government of the Republic of Serbia concerning the organisation of the voting in the parliamentary elections called for 24 April 2016 on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija.

At the 70th session, held on 2 March, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission unanimously adopted the Proposal to grant the exclusive rights to print the electoral material for the conduction of the elections and referendum to Official Gazette Public Enterprise, which they will be forwarding to the Government.
The Republic Electoral Commission also unanimously adopted the Decision on the establishment of working groups for normative affairs, financial affairs, for observers, for the printing of electoral material, for Kosovo-Metohija, for cooperation with local self-governments and for cooperation with the public and the media.

At the 69th session, held on 29 February 2016, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission reviewed and unanimously adopted the Report on the use and disposal of the National Assembly’s operative funds, the part relating to expenses planned and realised for the funding of the Republic Electoral Commission’s regular activities in 2015, prepared by the National Assembly’s Budgetary, Financial and Accounting and Public Procurement Affairs Department.
The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Vlach National Minority. The term of office of member of the National Council of the Vlach National Minority was allocated to Jasmina Petrovic from the Electoral List VLACHS FOR SERBIA – SERBIA FOR THE VLACHS, Radisa Dragojevic.

At the 68th session, held on 25 January 2016, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
From the IVICA DACIC – “SOCIALIST PARTY OF SERBIA (SPS), PARTY OF UNITED PENSIONERS OF SERBIA (PUPS), UNITED SERBIA (US)” Electoral List a term of office was allocated to Slobodan Velickovic.
The REC members also adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Slovak National Minority. The term of office was allocated to Zdenka Valent Belic from the Electoral List “Slovak Identity” – Ana Tomanová Makanová, Slovenská identita – Ana Tomanová Makanová.
The REC went on to adopt the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Montenegrin National Minority. The term of office was allocated to Bojan Bojat from the candidate list headed by ALEKSANDRA VUCINIC.
The REC members then adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Croatian National Minority. The term of office was allocated to Ana Stimac from the candidate list headed by TOMISLAV STANTIC.
