39th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 39th session, held on 14 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List FOR THE FUTURE OF ALBANIANS IN SERBIA - SEVDAIL ISEINI, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also considered and adopted decrees proclaiming the following electoral lists for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Roma National Minority, called for 26 October 2014:

• Electoral List GROUP OF VOTERS - ROMA FOR EUROPE
• Electoral List Roma for Serbia - Serbia for the Roma
• Electoral List "ROMA CITIZENS OF SERBIA - SRDJAN SAJN"
• Electoral List ROMA FOR A BETTER FUTURE
• Electoral List "ROMA VOICE FOR EUROPE"

The REC members then proceeded to adopt a Decree rejecting Electoral List ROMANIANS UNITED - Ljubomir Brandusan, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Romanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree establishing the number of ballots for the voting at the direct elections for national minority council members, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also discussed the complaint of the authorised person of the Group of voters FOR BOSNIAK UNITY - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin and adopted a Decree rejecting the complaint as undue.

38th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 38th session, held on 13 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ROMANIANS UNITED - TODOREL RASA ROMÂNI UNITI - TODOREL RASA, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Romanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission went on to ascertain the deficiencies in the certified printed extracts from the national minority electoral rolls which are to be forwarded to the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government in the form of a note so that the deficiencies may be eliminated.

37th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 37th session, held on 11 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted Conclusions requesting the elimination of the deficiencies noted on the following electoral lists for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Roma National Minority, called for 26 October 2014:

• Electoral List Roma for Serbia - Serbia for the Roma
• Electoral List "ROMA CITIZENS OF SERBIA - SRDJAN SAJN"
• Electoral List ROMA FOR A BETTER FUTURE
• Electoral List "ROMA VOICE FOR EUROPE"

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Hungarian League - New Hungarian Alternative - Tibor Vass Magyar Liga - Ú? Magyar Alternatíva - Vass Tibor, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Hungarian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

36th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 36th session, held on 11 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Kalimera Serbia - Greeks and descendants", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Greek National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Community of Greeks in Serbia - Eleftherios Venizelos - Belgrade Papadopoulos Dimitrios, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Greek National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the REC members considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "For Hungarians in a different way - Fodor Laszlo", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Hungarian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Commission also adopted a Conclusion requesting the elimination of the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List ROMANIANS UNITED - Ljubomir Brandusan, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Romanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ASHKALI FOR A BETTER TOMORROW - ZIJADIN SALIHU, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ashkali National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members adopted a Decree rejecting Electoral List GROUP OF VOTERS "WE KNOW HOW", JUSUF BAJRAMI, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Egyptian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List COALITION OF UNITED ALBANIANS KOALICIONI I SHQIPTARVE TE BASHKUAR, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members adopted a Conclusion requesting the elimination of the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List GROUP OF VOTERS - ROMA FOR EUROPE, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Roma National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List SO THAT WE KNOW EACH OTHER Nezir Keljmendi, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Egyptian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Anglunipe - Progress" Dragoljub Ackovic, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Roma National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC also adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List DANUBE GERMAN WOMEN - DONAUSCHWABINEN for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the German National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Greeks of Serbia - Vasilios Provelegkos, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Greek National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC then adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List COALITION FOR ALBANIAN RIGHTS for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "NAGIB TAIPI", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also discussed the complaint of the Group of Voters "Future we believe in", submitters of an electoral list for the elections of members of the National Council of the Bulgarian National Minority and adopted a Decree rejecting the complaint as not allowed - premature.

35th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 35th session, held on 10 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List SLOVAK PARTY - Jan Paul SLOVENSKA STRANA Ján Paul, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Slovak National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ASHKALI, BUT TOGETHER - ILJAZ RAMADANOVIC, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ashkali National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the REC members considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Ukrainian List "Kobzar" - Miro Kalenjuk, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ukrainian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List German List - Rudolf Weiss, Deutsche Liste - Rudolf Weiss, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the German National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Commission also adopted a Conclusion requesting the elimination of the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List Hungarian League - New Hungarian Alternative - Tibor Vas Magyar Liga - Ú? At the 34th session, held on 10 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ASSOCIATION OF ROMA OF SERBIA - VLADAN STANOJEVIC, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Roma National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Forward - Sonja Stanulov, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bulgarian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the REC members also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral TOGETHER FOR A BETTER TOMORROW, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Egyptian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List GROUP OF VOTERS - "JUSTICE" - DALIBOR PJEKNI, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ukrainian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ROMANIANS FOR NATIONAL RECONCILIATION - JON CIZMAS ROMÂNII PENTRU RECONCILIERE NA?IONAL? - ION CIZMA?, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Romanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Justice and Truth for Every Roma Tane Kurtic, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Roma National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List SLOVENES TOGETHER - SLOVENCI SKUPAJ, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Slovenian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Anything for the Motherland - Ionel Omoran Totul Pentru ?ar? - Ionel Omoran, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Romanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List FOR AN EVEN BETTER FUTURE - Agim Ajra, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Egyptian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also adopted a Conclusion requesting the elimination of the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List ASHKALI, BUT TOGETHER - ILJAZ RAMADANOVIC, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ashkali National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission members also passed a Decree amending the designating the polling stations for the voting in the direct elections for national minority council members, called for 26 October 2014.

33rd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 33rd session, held on 9 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List SENJUK - Mihajlo Letvencuk, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ukrainian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List CZECHS OF SERBIA - Dr Joze Sivacek CEŠI SRBSKA - dr. Jože Sivácek for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Czech National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt a Conclusion requesting the elimination of the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List "Másként magyarságunkért - Fodor László" "For Hungarians in a different way - Fodor Laszlo", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Hungarian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List DEMOCRATIC PARTY - Dr sc NAGIP ARIFI PARTIA DEMOKRATIKE - Dr sc NAGIP ARIFI for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members adopted decisions appointing board members for the conduction of the elections for national minority council members via assemblies of electors, called for 26 October 2014.

32nd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 32nd session, held on 8 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Vladimir Zaharijev - This is us - from the heart, for the well-being of all of us wherever we may be", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bulgarian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Ruthenian Initiative, Nikola Santa, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

31st Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 31st session, held on 7 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Youth for the Future", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List UKRAINIANS TOGETHER - Stefan Semjaniv, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ukrainian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC members proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Ashkali: "Moving On" - Afrodita Demir, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ashkali National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

30th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 30th session, held on 5 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

29th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 29th session, held on 5 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List BUNJEVAC PARTY - SRDJAN EVETOVIC, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bunjevac National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC also adopted decisions on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission working bodies.

The REC then went on to discuss the memo it had received from the National Assembly's Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality and formulated a proposal of the response the Republic Electoral Commission is to send to the Committee.

28th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 28th session, held on 4 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List C.G. "Community of Vlachs of Serbia - Dragan Demic", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Vlach National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Conclusion requesting the elimination of the deficiency noted on the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

27th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 27th session, held on 3 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of MPs' terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly. From the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC - FUTURE WE BELIEVE IN (Serbian Progressive Party, Social Democratic Party of Serbia, New Serbia, Serbian Renewal Movement, Socialist Movement) Electoral List terms of office were allocated to Branka Jankovic, Dragan Polovina and Goran Mladenovic.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Coalition of Bulgarians in Serbia - Zoran Petrov, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bulgarian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

26th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 26th session, held on 2 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Future We Believe In" - Dr Vladica Dimitrov, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bulgarian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Ruthenian Youth", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

25th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 25th session, held on 1 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List VLACH UNIFICATION MOVEMENT - Slobodan Peric, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Vlach National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "I RUTHENIAN", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Civic Association "Bunjevac Kolo" Sombor, Aleksandar Bosnjak, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bunjevac National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC then proceeded to discuss the request of Jarmila Hromcik, IT professor from Belo Blato, to withdraw Electoral List "SLOVAK HERITAGE SOCIETY IN SERBIA - FOR SLOVAK IDENTITY" Katarína Melegová-Melichová, MATICA SLOVENSKÁ V SRBSKU - ZA SLOVENSKOST Katarína Melegová-Melichová, for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the Slovak National Minority, called for 26 October 2014, and adopted the Decree rejecting the request as unfounded.

24th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 24th session, held on 27 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "BUNJEVAC LEAGUE" Branko Tot, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bunjevac National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

23rd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 23rd session, held on 25 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Conclusion requesting the elimination of the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List "BUNJEVAC LEAGUE" Branko Tot, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Bunjevac National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the REC also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Association "Georgina" Negotin - Primarius Dr Sinisa Celojevic, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Vlach National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC then proceeded to adopt the Decision on the establishment of number, composition and area of the Republic Electoral Commission working bodies for the conduction of the direct elections for national minority council members called for 26 October 2014, as well as the Decision on compensation and other expenses relating to the work done by the Republic Electoral Commission on the conduction of the direct elections for national minority council members called for 26 October 2014.

22nd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At its 22nd session, held on 24 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Gerhard" Danube Germans - Together, Anton Bek, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the German National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List INDEPENDENT ROMANIANS OF SERBIA - Dr Dorinel Stan ROMANIA INDEPENDENTI DIN SERBIA - Dr Dorinel Stan for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Romanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt the response of the Republic Electoral Commission to the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality relating to the Committee's memo of 19 September by which the REC has been forwarded for further processing the request of SDA Sandzak - Party of Democratic Action Parliamentary Group to amend the electoral acts for the elections for national minority councils. In the explanation, Deputy Chairperson Ivan Sebek said that the Republic Electoral Commission cannot amend the law, it can just implement it.

Finally, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision appointing the coordinator of the Republic Electoral Commission.

21th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At its 21st session, held on 23 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "For Ruski Krstur - Zeljko Kovac", for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Together for Ruthenians - Slavko Rac" for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ROMANIAN COMMUNITY - STEVAN MIHAJLOV COMUNITATEA ROMÂNILOR - STEVAN MIHAILOV for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Romanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

And finally, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List DZVM (Democratic Community of Vojvodina Hungarians) - CSONKA ÂRON VMDK - CSONKA ÂRON for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Hungarian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

20th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 20th session, held on 20 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List KALINA - Petar Zakamarok, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ukrainian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission proceeded to adopt the Decision that the ballots and other electoral material for the conduction of the elections for direct national minority council members would be printed at the Official Gazette Public Enterprise printing house.

The REC members also decided that the control card to test the integrity of the ballot box would be printed on light purple paper, while the ballots would be printed on light blue and white paper.

At the 19th session, held on 17 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List VLACHS FOR SERBIA - SERBIA FOR THE VLACHS, Radisa Dragojevic, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Vlach National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List ASHKALI FOR PROGRESS - ABEDIN TOPLICA - ASHKALI SELAMET - ABEDIN TOPLICA, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Ashkali National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

16th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session, held on 12 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List CZECH TOGETHER, Stefan Klepacek, for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the Czech National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The REC went on to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List SLOVAKS FORWARD! - PAVEL SUROVÝ, SLOVÁCI VPRED! - PAVEL SUROVÝ, for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the Slovak National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt a Conclusion requesting that the association "INITIATIVE OF ROMANIANS FROM SERBIA" - Bojan Barbucic, "INITIATIVA ROMANILOR DIN SERBIA" - Bojan Barbucic, for the direct elections of members of the National Council of the Romanian National Minority, called for 26 October 2014, eliminate the deficiency noted on the Electoral List in 48 hours at the latest, by submitting no less than 33 missing legally valid certified voters' statements that they endorse the electoral list, accompanied by an electronic and written list of said voters.

15th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 15th session, held on 9 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List DANUBE GERMANS OF VOJVODINA - DONAUSCHWABEN IN WOJWODINA, for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the German National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

14th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 8 September 2014, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission passed the Operating Rules for the polling boards set up to conduct the direct elections for national minority council members.

The Republic Electoral Commission also passed the Decision amending and modifying the Decision on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission working groups.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to pass the Decision on the establishment of the Republic Electoral Commission working group for cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the Government's Secretariat General and the Office for Human and Minority Rights.

The Republic Electoral Commission discussed and adopted the Report on the use and disposal of the National Assembly's operative funds, the part relating to expenses planned and realised for the funding of the Republic Electoral Commission's electoral activities for the 2014 parliamentary elections.

Finally, the Republic Electoral Commission formulated the Republic Electoral Commission financial plan for the conduction of the elections for national minority council members called for 26 October 2014.

13th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 13th session, held on 8 September 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Our Roma List - Dusko Jovanovic", for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the Roma National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "BUNJEVCI ARE CITIZENS OF SERBIA, TOO" - MIRJANA SAVANOV, for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the Bunjevac National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "GREEKS ARE CITIZENS OF SERBIA, TOO" , for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the Greek National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission also considered and adopted the Decree proclaiming Electoral List "Sa Ga Po - Serbian Greek Friendship" Rodifcis-Nadj Petar, for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the Greek National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to consider and adopt the Decree proclaiming Electoral List Bunjevac Heritage Society - Marko Marjanusic, for the direct elections for members of the National Council of the Bunjevac National Minority, called for 26 October 2014.

5th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 29 August 2014, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decision on forms for the submission of the electoral lists of candidates for national minority council members and the Decision on forms for the performance of electoral activities in the direct elections for national minority council members.

The REC then proceeded to pass a Conclusion accompanied by a proposal to the Government of the Republic of Serbia to grant the exclusive right to print and translate the electoral material for the conduction of the elections for national minority council members, called for 26 October 2014, to Official Gazette Public Enterprise.

Third Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 30 July 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of MPs' terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.

From the IVICA DACIC - "Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), Party of United Pensioners of Serbia (PUPS), United Serbia (US)" Electoral List, MPs' terms of office were allocated to Gordana Topic and Djordje Cabarkapa.

The REC members also adopted the Decision on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission working groups.

The session was chaired by Prof. Dr Dejan Djurdjevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.

Second Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 25 June 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of an MP's term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

From the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC - FUTURE WE BELIEVE IN (Serbian Progressive Party, Social Democratic Party of Serbia, New Serbia, Serbian Renewal Movement, Socialist Movement) Electoral List an MP's term of office was allocated to Dusan Jankovic.

The REC members also discussed the ODIHR Final Report on the early parliamentary elections in Serbia held on 16 March 2014 which states that the elections were conducted democratically, in line with international standards and assumed OSCE obligations.

The session was chaired by Prof. Dr Dejan Djurdjevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.

First Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 4 June 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission noted that the term of office of MP Miodrag Rakic had ceased on the day of his death.

The REC proceeded to adopt the Decision on the allocation of an MP's term of office for the purpose of filling the vacant seat at the National Assembly.

From the BORIS TADIC - New Democratic Party - Greens, LSV - Nenad Canak, Together for Serbia, VMDK, Together for Vojvodina, Democratic Left of Roma Electoral List, an MP's term of office was allocated to Slobodan Homen.
