53rd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 53rd session, held on 7 November 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of an MP's term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
From the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC - FUTURE WE BELIEVE IN (Serbian Progressive Party, Social Democratic Party of Serbia, New Serbia, Serbian Renewal Movement, Socialist Movement) Electoral List an MP's term of office was allocated to Ana Filipovic.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the decrees on the allocation of mandates to the members of the national councils of the Albanian and Bosniak national minorities, as well as the Decree amending the Decree on the allocation of mandates to the members of the National Council of the Hungarian National Minority.

The session was chaired by Ivan Sebek, Deputy Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.

52nd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 52nd session, held on 4 November 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission ascertained the Report on the overall results of the elections for members of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority. The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also ascertained the Report on the overall results of the elections for members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority.

51st Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 51st session, held on 4 November 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling stations 7, 30 and 36 in the municipality of Tutin. The members of the Republic Electoral Commission passed a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

50th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 50th session, held on 30 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission passed the decrees on the establishment of the polling boards for the conduction of the repeat vote in the direct elections for members of the national councils of the Albanian and Bosniak national minority on 2 November 2014.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also passed the Decree on remuneration for work done to conduct the repeat vote in the direct elections for members of the national councils of the Albanian and Bosniak national minority to be held on 2 November 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the decrees on the allocation of mandates to the members of the national councils of the Ashkali, Bulgarian, Bunjevac, Vlach, Greek, Egyptian, Hungarian, German, Roma, Romanian, Ruthenian, Slovenian, Slovak, Czech and Ukrainian national minorities.

49th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 49th session, held on 29 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decree on the repeat vote at the polling stations where the elections for members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority had been invalidated.

The Republic Electoral Commission also passed the Decree on the repeat vote at the polling station where the elections for members of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority had been invalidated.

The REC members went on to adopt the Decision establishing the shape, appearance, colour and content of the ballots and control card for the repeat vote in the direct elections for members of the national councils of the Albanian and Bosniak national minorities on 2 November 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decrees establishing the number of ballots for the repeat vote in the direct elections for members of the national councils of the Albanian and Bosniak national minorities on 2 November 2014.

The REC then adopted the Report on the overall results of the elections for members of the national councils of the Ashkali, Bunjevac, Bulgarian, Vlach, Greek, Egyptian, Hungarian, German, Roma, Romanian, Ruthenian, Slovenian, Slovak, Czech and Ukrainian national minorities.

48th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 48th session, held on 28 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the authorised person of the Group of voters "FOR BOSNIAK UNITY - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin" relating to polling station 36 in the municipality of Tutin and passed a Decree sustaining the complaint and invalidating the elections for members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority, held on 26 October 2014, at polling station 36 in the municipality of Tutin.

The REC members ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters COALITION DPA - PDP - GG DP KOALICIONI PDSH - LPD - GQ R.D and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the authorised person of the Group of voters "FOR BOSNIAK UNITY - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin" relating to polling station 30 in the municipality of Tutin and passed a Decree sustaining the complaint and invalidating the elections for members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority, held on 26 October 2014, at polling station 30 in the municipality of Tutin.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the authorised person of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to several polling stations in the municipality of Tutin. The REC members adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded in the part relating to polling stations 8, 9, 19, 22, 24 and 31 in the municipality of Tutin, but sustaining it in the part relating to polling stations 30 and 36 in the municipality of Tutin and invalidating the elections for members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority, held on 26 October 2014, at polling stations 30 and 36 in the municipality of Tutin.

The REC also ruled on the two complaints lodged by the president of the Democratic Party - Medvedja Branch and adopted decrees overruling them as lodged by an unauthorised person.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters C.G. "Community of Vlachs of Serbia - Dragan Demic" and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 7 in the municipality of Tutin and adopted a Decree sustaining the complaint and invalidating the elections for members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority, held on 26 October 2014, at polling station 7 in the municipality of Tutin.

The REC members also ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 24 in the municipality of Tutin and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 23 in the municipality of Tutin and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 13 in the municipality of Tutin and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as untimely in the part relating to the irregularity in the composition of the polling board at polling station 13 in the municipality of Tutin and overruling the rest of it as unfounded.

The REC ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 15 in the municipality of Tutin and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 3 in the municipality of Tutin and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 19 in the municipality of Tutin and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaints lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling stations 13, 3, 21, 19, 28, 12, 11, 24, 10 and 27 in the municipality of Sjenica and adopted decrees overruling the complaints as untimely.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 14 in the municipality of Sjenica and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as untimely in the part relating to the irregularity in the composition of the polling board at polling station 14 in the municipality of Sjenica and overruling it as unfounded in the part relating to irregularities in the conduction of the voting at polling station 14 in the municipality of Sjenica.

The Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters "KOALICIONI PËR TË DREJTAT E SHQIPTARËVE - COALITION FOR ALBANIAN RIGHTS" relating to polling station 8 in the municipality of Bujanovac and adopted a Decree sustaining the complaint and invalidating the elections for members of the National Council of the Albanian National Minority, held on 26 October 2014, at polling station 8 in the municipality of Bujanovac.

The REC members also ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to polling station 1 in Kosovska Mitrovica and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as unfounded.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on two complaints lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "ROMA CITIZENS OF SERBIA - SRDJAN SAJN" and adopted decrees overruling the complaints as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by Seladin Osman, candidate for member of the National Council of the Egyptian National Minority on the Electoral List TOGETHER FOR A BETTER TOMORROW, relating to polling station 2 in the municipality of Zemun and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as untimely.

The REC also ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Association of Balkan Egyptians in Serbia "NUR" relating to polling station 2 in the city municipality of Zemun and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as untimely.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also ruled on the complaint lodged by Marija Nikolic, member of the polling board at polling station 1 in the city of Kragujevac and adopted a Decrees overruling the complaint as lodged by an unauthorised person.

The Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the representative of the Group of voters submitter of the Electoral List "FOR BOSNIAKS, SANDZAK AND THE MUFTI" relating to the polling stations in the City of Loznica and the municipality of Mali Zvornik and adopted a Decree overruling the complaint as untimely.

47th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 47th session, held on 24 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision ascertaining the final number of voters in the direct elections for national minority council members, called for 26 October 2014.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decision amending the Instructions for the conduction of the direct elections for national minority council members.

At the session, the REC adopted the Decree amending the Decree ascertaining the number of ballots for the direct elections for national minority council members, called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decision on the forms for the conduction of electoral activities in the election procedure and the Decision on the shape, appearance, colour and number of ballots for the direct elections for national minority council members.

The REC members also adopted the Decree on the establishment of the Polling Board for the conduction of the direct elections for national minority councils, called for 26 October 2014, on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija.

46th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 46th session, held on 23 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the allocation of an MP's term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
From the "WITH THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY - FOR DEMOCRATIC SERBIA" Electoral List an MP's term of office was allocated to Ivan Jovanovic.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt the Instruction for the conduction of the direct elections for national minority council members called for 26 October 2014 on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree amending and modifying the Decree designating the polling stations for the direct elections for national minority council members called for 26 October 2014.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decision amending the Decision on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission Working Body for the municipality of Arandjelovac and the city of Kragujevac.

45th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 45th session, held on 21 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and adopted the proposals for the amendment of decrees on the establishment of polling boards for the conduction of the direct elections for national minority councils, called for 26 October 2014.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted decisions amending the decisions on the establishment of Republic Electoral Commission working bodies for Novi Pazar, Veliko Gradiste and Sjenica.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decision on compensation of material and other expenses per specific polling station and on remunerations for work done to conduct the direct elections for national minority council members called for 26 October 2014.

44th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 44th session, held on 20 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission passed the Instructions for the conduction of the assembly of electors for the election of national minority council members.

At the session, the REC also adopted the Decision on forms for the submission of candidate lists for national minority council members called for 26 October 2014, via an assembly of electors.

The REC members also passed the Decision on compensation for board members for the conduction of the elections for national minority council members called for 26 October 2014, via an assembly of electors.

43rd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 43rd session, held on 19 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint of the President of the Municipality of Bujanovac and the President of the Municipal Assembly of Bujanovac and adopted a Decree rejecting it as untimely and lodged by an unauthorised person.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also considered and ruled on the request of Igor Jakupovic to withdraw his candidacy for member of the National Council of the Roma National Minority.

The REC adopted a Decree rejecting the request of Igor Jakupovic to be withdrawn from the Electoral List GROUP OF VOTERS - ROMA FOR EUROPE submitted for the direct election of members of the National Council of the Roma National Minority, called for 26 October 2014, by the Group of voters - ROMA FOR EUROPE, as unfounded.

42nd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 42nd session, held on 17 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered the complaint of the Group of voters NEVO DROM and adopted a Decree rejecting the complaint as untimely.

At the session, the REC members also considered the complaint of the Group of voters "Future we Believe In". The Republic Electoral Commission adopted a Decree rejecting the complaint as untimely.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt decisions amending the decisions appointing board members for the conduction of the elections for national minority council members of the Macedonian, Croatian and Montenegrin national minorities via assemblies of electors, called for 26 October 2014.

41st Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 41st session, held on 16 October 2014, the Republic Electoral Commission considered the complaint of association Roma Centre for Strategy, Development and Democracy, representative of electoral lists "Our Roma List - Dusko Jovanovic" and "Anglunipe - Progress" Dragoljub Ackovic and adopted a Decree rejecting the complaint as untimely.

At the session, the REC members also considered the complaint of association Roma Centre for Strategy, Development and Democracy, representative of electoral lists Roma for Serbia - Serbia for the Roma, "ROMA CITIZENS OF SERBIA - SRDJAN SAJN", ROMA FOR A BETTER FUTURE and "ROMA VOICE FOR EUROPE". The Republic Electoral Commission adopted a Decree rejecting the complaint as unfounded.
